- Orders over $70 qualify for free shipping to the continental United States.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to the United States and its territories. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Missing or Lost Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at service@kbdflare.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that once the package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we will no longer be the shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a solution, including a return or exchange, at no additional cost to you.
Customer Responsibilities
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
